Workplace Architecture

TellApart, Inc. HQ • A Twitter Company

TellApart is a fast growing advertising technology startup company. Its approach helps companies turn individual customer preferences into sales by predicting the items each customer will find most delightful and curating experiences that help them discover those products.

Their headquarters is in an adaptive reuse building that was converted from an industrial facility into 26,000 square feet of tech office space.

A unique office environment was created around the company’s culture. The facility helps to encourage flexible working arrangements, promote collaboration and foster productivity. Open spaces and enclosed rooms are used for suitability to the task at hand and to satisfy personal working preferences. The materials include steel, glass and concrete structure. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems are exposed. The building was retrofitted with glazed overhead doors and folding doors that open to exterior spaces.

TellApart was named one of the best places to work in the Bay Area by San Francisco Business Times. Wealthfront, Inc. says it “could be the coolest office space we've seen.”
